• Click on the Try a different question option if you cannot answer a question . such as : phone number or secondary email address .

Enter an email or phone number . then click the next button 

Enter the last password that was used to log in then click the next button 

Enter the phone number or email address the user would like to send a reset code to 

Clicking Try a different question if a question cannot be answered during the recovery process 

Enter your secondary email address or mobile phone number and the code will be sent immediately 

Enter the six -digit reset code in the space provided and the account will be recovered .
